Following are a few pictures that N.H. from the US sent us of his recent cable projects. The cable with the right angle IEC is for use behind his plasma TV. He also built a short extension cable using the Marinco 5269 female end. Great Job!

Below are some pictures and comments from one of our customers in Japan. He built a few AC cables, some with the Belden 19364 and some with CryoMax III. He did a fantastic job, as you can see below!

I bought CryoMaxIII, 19364... CryoMaxIII is excellent. Powerful sound and beautiful looks. Your original cable? You did a splendid design! Great!! T. H., Japan

I have included photos of some of my stuff:

The Oyaide (PA-02)Furutech was a challenge as the Furutech ends were very tight & even the 1/4" sleeve could not fit under. I cut it to fit at the end of the RCA plugs & put the shrink wrap over that. I put the color code to go at the source end. As for performance they out perform StraightWire, two kinds of AQ, Kimber Hero, & some home made Analysis + (they are not too far behind my $1,300.00 SPM's).

The CryoMax III has some sleeve left over from an old project. It has the deepest- yet fast bass imaginable. It is the subwoofer cable in my home theater.

The photo of the back of my stereo shows my beloved Nordost SPM & my purple theme. I used to have the purple Analysis + but they were too short, now they make them yellow. This photo is to remind your customers that even if you have very expensive cables that they can improve the sound by having you cryo treat them!

Thanks again for everything. D. F., USA

I took some pictures of the cables.

The Power are the Cryo III with the Black Nylon and Marinco ends (made three cables).

The Interconnect is the Oyaide PA-02 with Carbon PET Techflex and Xhadow ends. For the interconnect, the cords are market red/black with the Xhadow rings. The blue rings represent the "source" end (preamp).

I have had more time to listen to the interconnect; here are my initial thoughts before substantial break-in vs. a widely-known high-end cable made by a company with initials A.Q.

  • Soundstage was wider.
  • Imaging improved / tighter locations of instruments and vocals.
  • Highs were softer (in a better way).
  • Tonally more accurate through the frequencies.

What do you think? The power cords sound very quiet and smooth with strong bass. B. B. USA

I think he did a fantastic job! Thank you for the pictures.

Here's a speaker project using all Cryo'ed wire. For the tweeters I used the three conductor teflon with shielding all wired as one (except shield) for each wire. I also used the Vampire CCC fat stuff you gave me awhile back for the woofers and incoming cabling. So far the sounds is great. Your wire is first class. T.M--USA

I replaced a PS Audio UPC-200 power line conditioner's stock Power Port outlets (nickel plated Hubbells) with the Furutech FP-15A(Cu) AC outlets I received from you (I also replaced it's stock IEC inlet with the Furutech IEC inlet I received from you, too).

Far more natural, transparent, detailed, and open sounding. I highly recommend this upgrade and suggest you pass this opinion along to any customers who may be interested in bettering their various PS Audio power line conditioners. A. S. USA
