Purchase Terms

All of our credit card transactions are handled by the largest CC processor in the nation. They have state-of-the-art security to ensure that your information is safe. Please note that all CC charges will show as sold to "Locus Design", as they are the parent company of CryoParts, so all sales flow through their encrypted CC server account. That is also why you see their name on the "shopping cart" page when you purchase via CC.

If you prefer not to go through our SSL encrypted CC sever, feel free to use either Paypal or Bidpay. We have the same user ID (our e-mail address) for both Paypal and Bidpay.

For your convenience, MO or personal checks are also gladly accepted. However, we will wait for your check to clear before we ship any order. If you wish to purchase via check or MO, please mail to the address on the contact page. Be sure to include the name of the items you wish to purchase, how many of them you want, and an address to send them to.

If you are a resident of the great state of Texas, please be sure to add 8.250% sales tax.

Privacy Policy

We will not send you "spam".

We will not contact you to try and sell you more stuff, unless you ask us to keep you up to date on what's new...but you have to e-mail us and specifically ask us to do that.

We value your business, your privacy and your rights. We will not violate the trust you have shown in us by ordering our products.

Disclaimer

If you are not qualified to use, build, or install the power products we offer--DO NOT BUY THEM! Or, better yet, hire an electrician to do this for you. We are not liable for any use, or misuse, of our power products.

Incorrectly wired power cords can be lethal. Please use our products safely, in fact, if I were you I would hire an electrician to change our AC receptacles and build the power cords! But, of course, that's up to you.

Return Policy

We will NOT refund your money if you have used the parts, so before you use them, if you decide that the benefits of our cryo-treated products are not for you, please contact us for an RA, ship back prepaid, and we will promptly refund your money.

Now...cut cable...you are on your own there, once we cut it--it's yours, we will not accept returns on cut cable.

In the rare event that you receive a defective product, please contact us so that we may immediately ship a replacement to you. You will be required to ship back the defective product so that we may examine the defect and inform our suppliers of the problem.
